With its adjustable 360º break-away belts with the free-motion ring, it allows for freedom of movement in all directions. This is fantastic for Football training or simply explosive drills.

It’s great for team exercises as you can pit two athletes against one another in a variety of shadow drills. It will develop individuals razor-sharp cutting skills or smothering defensive positioning.
