Overview

Agiolax Granules is a unique laxative and fibre supplement that is proven to relieve constipation and promote regular bowel function. Agiolax contains a specially formulated ratio of natural dietary fibres, made from the seeds and husks of psyllium (Plantago ovata and Ispaghulahusks), that is combined with a unique controlled-release form of the laxative herb senna.

The combination of well-balanced natural fibre, with the gentle laxative effect of senna provides an excellent natural solution to constipation and low fibre intake.

Agiolax has been clinically proven to relieve constipation and improve bowel function. It is supported by both the Colorectal Foundation and The Gut Foundation.

Agiolax contains a unique combination of a controlled-release form of the laxative herb senna, together with a healthy balance of insoluble and soluble fibres (60% insoluble: 40% soluble) that cannot be found in other supplements.

Directions

Agiolax granules are easy to swallow and can be taken with water (the granules must be swallowed whole) or mixed into yoghurt. The laxative action is gentle and a bowel movement can be expected 8-12 hours after taking a dose.

It is not recommended to take Agiolax for longer than 1-2 weeks. If symptoms persist, it is important to speak with a healthcare professional.

Adults: 1 teaspoon or 1 sachet in the evening, followed by a glass of water.
